Backroom $25 per/hour (cubbies, industrial sink, tables, chairs, access to an outside open area with grass and back parking lot through double doors)
Computer Lab $30 per/hour (black tables, rolling chairs, big dry-erase board)*
Big room $35 per/hour (mobile dry-erase board, tables, chairs, closes to the front door)
-Chromebook and mouse $5 per/Chromebook
Braingineers Lab can also help you promote your event/classes through our website and social media. We can also take care of registrations and payment through our system making it very convenient for your families and participants to register and pay online at the same time. Braingineers Lab offers a unique and attractive space for different events. Here are some of the highlights of our space:
-Safety: Every room has security cameras recording 24 hours a day. Door to access the Lab has a lock that can only be unlocked by staff allowing control of who enters and leaves the space. Both front and back double glass doors have alarms when they are opened.
-Fast internet: You and your participants will be able to have access to Braingineers Lab fast Wi-Fi.
-Setting: We have tables and chairs that can be accommodated in many different ways/configuration that best suits your needs.
-Amenities: Girl’s bathroom has two toilets and one sink, Boy’s bathroom has one toilet, one urinal, and one sink. Both bathrooms have changing tables. Two water fountains outside of bathrooms, one for children and one for adults.
-Convenience: Braingineers Lab is located in one of the busiest streets of Mount Juliet, easy access from I40 and Lebanon Rd. Plenty of parking space. Staff will be at the front desk taking care of guests signing in and giving access to your guests.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give a deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, you will need to give a $50 dollar deposit to reserve a room. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the event. The only time when the deposit will be not refunded is if the room or items have any damage.
Am I responsible for setting and cleaning the room?
Tables and chairs are part of the room rental. However, you are responsible for coming and setting the room the way you want it. At the end of your event, you will need to put tables and chairs back and make sure the tables are clean. Setting and cleaning time will be counted as part of your reservation time.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation by giving us not less than 2 weeks notice from the date of your event and you will receive a full refund.
